This training covers the basics of understanding gangs, at risk behaviors, and developing a plan to combat gang involvement. It is given by Mr. Ryan Reiter, the at-risk student intervention liaison for a school system of more than 130,000 students.
Focuses include:
* A brief history of gangs in the US
* Reasons why youth would join a gang
* Common and specific gang identifiers (graffiti, tattoos, hand signs, etc.)
* Historical and present day gang initiations
* Possible community planning and response
This training is designed for either a 4 hour basic session, or a more in depth 8 hour session; however, it can be tailored to your personal time allotment.

Training Costs and Fees:
Basic 4 hour session - $500*
Full 8 hour session - $850*
*These costs include the training session and all travel expenses up to 100 miles from our location in Charlotte, NC. Additional travel costs will apply to locations beyond 100 miles. If an overnight stay is required, lodging and a meal allowance would also be the responsibility of the client.
